A group of senators, on the initiative of Senator Prof. Alicja Chybicka, has submitted a bill to amend the rules for the preparation of meals in schools and educational institutions, as well as in nurseries and children’s clubs. The idea is to make it mandatory to provide vegan meals once a week, and to provide access to plant-based meals for those on a vegan diet! This is a huge success for Parents for the Future and our Future Food 4 Climate coalition because we had the pleasure of handling the legislative part regarding plant-based nutrition in educational institutions.
