„Every year, some 90 billion vertebrate animals are killed worldwide. Their bodies, transformed into products, are constantly present among us – on our plates, in our stomachs, in our shoes, jackets, handbags and calendar bindings. As living, sentient beings, however, the animals are still mostly invisible. Kept away from the eyes of their prospective users and keepers, so as not to spoil the mood or lower the stay. Bartek Sabela in „The Wandering of the Carcass” decided to take a peek into the non-living places of animals.”
