The 3rd edition of the European Vegan Summit kicks off on September 17. This year the entire conference will be about vegan food, plant-based market development, leaders in food and other vegan sectors, science for ethical food.

You will meet plant-based food leaders from Poland:

• Malgorzata Kowal of Vegan Sun Zone, which offers vegan successors to blue cheese.
• Monika Gaszynska, co-creator of SERio, which you can try at the best vegan places in Poland.
• Andy Staniek, co-founder of the cult pub Byczyn, then Planeat, a company offering a full range of vegan meat successors.
• Iga Czubak, creator of the plant-based qurchak, Apollo.
• Izabela Domaradzka- Michno, who co-founded the legendary Ether Bakery, a place that shows that the future of cuisine is decidedly vegan!
