The Green REV Institute’s third production report ‘Dining on Despair’ has been selected as the best short documentary at the Green Film Festival. The reportage won out of its competition with titles such as Letter to Platinum – Maurizio Dalla Palma | Italy; In the Shadow of Asian Power Plants | Sweden; Utopia – Michael Schwendinger | Switzerland; Twig – Claire Sanford | Canada; The Perfect Shot: Antarctica – Quinn Halleck | USA; Deglacial Experiment in the Baffin Sea – Georg Adrian Koszulinski | USA; Looking for Home – Bulgaria.

The jury, consisting of director Joanna Kozuch, journalist Magdalena Lucyan and actor Paweł Delág, chose ‘Dining on Despair’ as the best reportage in its category arguing: ‘For its uncompromising approach to the topic, publicising an important problem and fighting for the future of our planet.’ The award at the ceremony was presented by Mr Bartlomiej Wojdylo, Director of Sustainability at CANPAC.Video of the award ceremony – Link
