The Green REV Institute, with the support of the Future Food 4 Climate Coalition and persons representing the scientific community, sent a letter on the priorities of Poland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The letter was addressed to the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Climate and Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Warsaw City Hall.

Within the letter it was highlighted:

‘In view of the upcoming Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, which starts in January 2025, and of which one of the key priorities will be safety, on behalf of the Green REV Institute, the Future Food 4 Climate coalition and on behalf of the scientific community, we appeal for food security and food safety to be included in the work of the Presidency. We believe, it is crucial to fight climate catastrophe, to halt biodiversity degradation, to protect the health and safety of EU citizens and nationals, as well as to tackle social inequalities and to protect animal rights.’
