In a new episode of European Vegan Summit Talks, Morgan Janowicz interviews Ana Béjar, spokesperson for the Spanish political party for animals PACMA.
Ana Béjar, spokesperson for the Spanish political party for animals PACMA, took part in an exclusive interview. In 2011, she and other activists formed an animal rights group as part of the 15-M movement, also known as the Spanish Revolution, which was a turning point for the animal rights movement in the country.
In the episode, we talk about her hopes for the next term of the European Commission, the future of the animal rights movement in Europe and efforts to end bullfighting in Spain.
EVS Talks is a series of online conversations as part of the European Vegan Summit, organised by the Green REV Institute.
Join our expert speakers as they analyse the latest developments, assess the actions of global and European decision-makers and, above all, connect the dots between human rights, animal rights, climate and biodiversity.
