On October 3, 2022, on behalf of Green REV Institute, operator of Future Food 4 Climate, the first advocate coalition for the transformation of the food system in Poland, we appeal to Commissioner Janusz Wojciechowski for strong support for the legislative initiative for a sustainable EU food system as one priority areas of work of the European Commission in 2023.

A sustainable food system is an initiative that is a tool for implementing the Farm to Fork and European Green Deal strategies. The current food system is an infamous foundation of air, water and soil pollution, civilization diseases, zoonoses, pandemics, biodiversity decline, human rights violations and animal suffering, the so-called breeding. By adopting the European Green Deal, the European Commission committed itself to a just transformation: energy, transport and food production.
