Edoardo Valsecchi is the Owner and Founder of Linfa – Eat Different, a renowned restaurant in Milan that specializes in Italian and International vegan cuisine. Edoardo’s passion for healthy, but tasty, and sustainable eating led him to create a unique dining experience that celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative recipes.
With years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, Edoardo has a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry and a keen eye for detail. He worked in various positions, from hotels to independent restaurants and chains, before starting his venture.
Linfa – Eat Different opened its doors in 2021, in the middle of the global pandemic, and since then, Edoardo has been committed to promoting plant-based eating and reducing the restaurant’s environmental impact. Edoardo believes that healthy eating should not come at the expense of taste, creativity, animals or the planet, therefore he and his team source local top-quality ingredients and uses eco-friendly equipment and packaging also implementing a program to minimize waste and increase awareness about it.
