At this year’s 3rd edition of the European Vegan Summit, guests from around the world – the USA, Canada, India, China, and Europe – discussed the development of the plant-based food sector. With Prof. Andrew Knight, we talked about plant-based food for pets, with Heather Mills and Bernat Martinez about communication and marketing, and with Ronja Berthold about the behind-the-scenes of vegan production. We welcomed people from the world of investment, media, vegan businesses, chefs, activists, politicians, and scientists. Everyone is connecting the dots on the map of transformation, designing a new food system that is fair and plant-based. Over 40 panelists, numerous EVS 2024 partners, and a fantastic audience (over 500 people) participated in building the next edition of this event.
