On April 26 this year, we are meeting again with experts to talk about food labeling and food waste. We’ll talk with experts about why labeling is a consumer’s right to information, how labeling shapes our purchasing choices, and how to systemically reduce food waste at every stage. We use the findings and recommendations for the Sustainable Food System roadmap.
