Elżbieta Lemańska-Błażowska and Katarzyna Wysocka will take part in a Roundtable entitled. „Halo Wrocław: Listen to vegan businesses”:

• Elżbieta Lemańska-Błażowska – mother of 4-year-old Dąbrówka, climate activist. She is a member of the Parents for Climate social movement and the Wrocław Climate Protection Coalition. Animator of the workshop „Climate Mosaic”. – which transfers knowledge on the physical basis of climate change in an accessible way. A lover of contact with nature, especially mountain hiking. An insurance broker by profession – the effects of climate change are highly visible in her work;

• Katarzyna Wysocka – M.Sc. in biotechnology, graduate of postgraduate studies in project management and agriculture. Worked on analyses for the Wrocław 2050 strategy. Currently coordinator of the city’s food policy project;
