Kielce. Premiere of doc movie & Plant School
On February 28, the premiere of the reportage „Dining on despair” and a panel discussion on the right to healthy, safe food and repairing the food system took place at the Institute of Design in Kielce (Castle Hill, 3 Zamkowa Street).
Co-organizers were members of the Future Food 4 Climate coalition! – Parents for the Climate, the Green REV Institute, and partners – the Design Institute, the Grain Base. Honorary patronage of the event was assumed by the Mayor of the City of Kielce.
The premiere was followed by a discussion with the participation of invited guests, moderated by Agnieszka Golębiowska – organizer of cultural events and journalist, forest guide and educator.
The panel discussion included:
- Marcin Chlodnicki – Deputy Mayor of Kielce
- Natalia Kowalska – vegan, feminist, animal rights activist
- Dorota Wawrzycka – nutritionist, promoter of plant based diet
- Marzena Wichniarz – co-founder and organizer of the Parents for Climate movement
- Sebastian Gaweł – lawyer scientifically engaged in human rights. Member of the Federation of Young Social Democrats
