On 17 January 2025, Katowice is hosting a unique meeting where young male and female leaders from the Katowice City Youth Council are discussing food system transformation in the context of the EU’s Farm-to-Fork strategy and the European Green Deal. The debate features experts including Anna Spurek (Green REV Institute), Dr Ryszard Kulik (Club of Ecological Thought) and Małgorzata Rusek (clinical nutritionist).
This is a space for questions, arguments and criticism – the voice of young people is of real importance in shaping a more sustainable future. Change starts with knowledge, dialogue and reflection on what goes onto our plates. Together, we are bringing these topics into the wider public debate.
