Current representative Julia Sawka, Event Coordinator at Green REV Institute, as part of her speech, highlighted the role of the Plant Based School Program:

“Plant Based School is a dream of education, of institutions in which the common good comes first. Empathy takes precedence over the profit of the animal agriculture sector, and instead of cow’s milk in cartons, we have healthy, local plant-based food and access to reliable information on how our food is produced. Plant Based School is the dream of a community that knows that in a world of uncertainty and conflict, only justice and solidarity make for security and build trust. “
