On February 4, at the Nest Activism Center, we held a Roundtable with Councilor Dorothy Loboda, Councilor Filip Pelc, nutritionist Iwona Kibil and Piotr Grabowski, founder of FoodTech.ac. The European Commission in 2023 plans to present draft legislation for a sustainable food system (SFS Law), the first legislative tool for EU Farm 2 Fork. In addition, it presented a working paper on food security in January this year, indicating the need to move to plant-based systems.
In the room were representatives of business, NGOs, activists and politicians.
